Saudi Arabia · Service Area
Websites, e-commerce and growth systems for Saudi businesses.
Code Vibe Digital is a digital product and growth studio based in Alappuzha, Kerala, India. Saudi Arabia is a market we serve remotely: fast bilingual-ready websites, stores, web apps and enquiry systems for startups, SMEs, hospitality, real estate, retail and professional services. No Saudi office, no rented address.
The Kingdom is investing in digital at a pace most markets have not seen, and customers arrive expecting the same quality from a Saudi business as from anyone else. A site that loads slowly on a phone, hides its prices, or answers enquiries two days later undoes that investment.
Most of the work we do for Gulf clients is not glamorous. It is making the offer legible, the enquiry path short, the site fast on a mid-range Android over mobile data, and the follow-up predictable. That is what turns traffic into a conversation.
Studio: Alappuzha, Kerala, India. Service area: Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the wider Kingdom. No Saudi office, no local team, no local entity. Remote-first, with visits planned when the work genuinely needs them.
Service architecture
Ten things we build, and what each one is actually for.
Custom Website Development
Editorial, fast, mobile-first websites built on Next.js or a maintainable CMS. Structure, copy direction, performance and analytics set up properly — not a theme with your logo dropped in.
E-commerce Development
Storefronts, catalogue architecture, payment and delivery logic, and product content that survives a real catalogue. Arabic and English product structures planned together.
Web Applications
Customer portals, booking flows, dashboards and internal tools. We start from the workflow that exists and build the smallest system that removes the manual step.
Mobile Applications
Flutter apps for iOS and Android when a store presence earns its place. We will say so when a responsive web app or a WhatsApp flow is the better first release.
Digital Marketing
Search, paid and social run as one system with the site, so the landing page and the campaign are designed together instead of argued about afterwards.
SEO
Technical foundations, information architecture, content briefs and internal linking. We optimise for qualified enquiries, not for ranking promises nobody can keep.
WhatsApp Lead Generation
Enquiry routing that matches how the market buys: a WhatsApp path with context attached, a form for people who prefer forms, and a reply workflow so nothing rots unanswered.
Conversion Optimisation
Structured improvement of the pages that carry commercial weight — offers, forms, pricing explanations, checkout steps — measured against enquiries rather than opinions.
Website Maintenance
Updates, dependency and security patching, backup verification, uptime checks and small improvements on a predictable rhythm, so the site does not decay between projects.
Full-Stack Digital Growth
The whole loop: positioning, site, campaigns, measurement and iteration. For businesses that want one partner accountable for the pipeline rather than five vendors pointing at each other.
Advertising media, third-party licences and hardware are not included in any service fee and are always listed separately.
Local context
What changes when the market is the Kingdom.
01 · Time
Saudi Arabia runs on Arabia Standard Time, UTC+3 — two and a half hours behind the studio in Kerala. There is a working overlap every day, and the working week runs Sunday to Thursday with a Friday–Saturday weekend.
02 · Currency
Work is quoted and invoiced in SAR once pricing is agreed. Advertising spend is always separate from service fees and is paid directly to the platform — it never hides inside a retainer line.
03 · Language
Arabic is the official language and English is widely used in business, often in the same conversation. We build layouts that hold right-to-left text properly and plan bilingual content structures rather than translating at the end.
04 · Ramadan and daily rhythm
Working hours, campaign timing and content tone shift around Ramadan, and the business day is shaped by prayer times. Schedules that ignore those rhythms spend money into the quietest hours.
05 · Mobile and messaging
Most traffic arrives on a phone, and WhatsApp is a normal business channel rather than a fallback. A site that assumes a desktop form has already lost the enquiry.
06 · Regional spread
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and the wider Kingdom do not behave like one market. Commercial priorities, competition and even search phrasing differ, so national pages rarely do the work of a specific one.
Fit
Who this works for, and who it does not.
Good fit
- Startups preparing a first release, a pilot or an investor-facing product
- SMEs and family businesses that need a credible site and a working enquiry path
- Hospitality and tourism operators who want more direct bookings
- Real estate teams that need listings, lead routing and follow-up discipline
- Retail and e-commerce businesses moving beyond a marketplace storefront
- Professional services and corporate teams that sell on trust and need to look established
Probably not a fit
- Anyone who needs a website in a week from an unchanged template
- Projects that require a local office, local staff and in-person daily standups
- Businesses looking for ranking guarantees, lead guarantees or revenue guarantees
- Briefs that are a long list of pages with no commercial priority attached
How remote actually works
Four steps, no mystery.
01 · Scoping call
A short call on Saudi working hours to agree the commercial goal, the constraint and what success looks like in numbers we can actually measure.
02 · Written scope
Fixed deliverables, timeline, currency and an explicit list of what is not included. You approve it before anything is built.
03 · Build in the open
A shared board and a staging URL from the first week. Weekly written updates, not silence followed by a surprise.
04 · Launch and measure
Analytics, Search Console and conversion events verified at go-live, then reviewed against enquiries rather than vanity traffic.
